परित्राणाय साधूनां विनाशाय च दुष्कृताम् । धर्मसंस्थापनार्थाय सम्भवामि युगे युगे ॥
To protect the noble, to restrain/destroy the harmful, and to establish dharma—I manifest in every age.
साधुओं की रक्षा, दुष्कृतियों का दमन और धर्म-संस्थापन के लिए मैं युग-युग में प्रकट होता हूँ।
Life Lesson:
Protection and discipline are both sacred. Compassion does not mean permissiveness; justice is compassion for the whole. A mature society nurtures the good, corrects the erring, and refuses to normalize the destructive.
• Practice fierce compassion: kind to persons, firm with patterns.
• Build systems that reward virtue and check vice.
• Let your strength be a shelter for the right.
रक्षा और अनुशासन दोनों पवित्र हैं। करुणा का अर्थ ढीलापन नहीं; न्याय समष्टि के प्रति करुणा है। परिपक्व समाज सज्जनों का पोषण करता है, च्युत को सुधारता है और विध्वंसक प्रवृत्तियों को सामान्य नहीं बनाता।
• प्रखर करुणा अपनाएँ: व्यक्ति पर दया, दुष्प्रवृत्तियों पर दृढ़ता।
• ऐसी व्यवस्थाएँ गढ़ें जो सद्गुण को प्रोत्साहित करें और दुर्गुण को रोकें।
• आपकी शक्ति धर्म का आश्रय बने।
