अर्जुन उवाच — अपरं भवतो जन्म परं जन्म विवस्वतः । कथमेतद्विजानीयां त्वमादौ प्रोक्तवानिति ॥
Arjuna said: Your birth appears recent while Vivasvan is ancient—how am I to understand that You taught him in the beginning?
अर्जुन बोले: आपका जन्म तो हाल का दिखाई देता है और विवस्वान प्राचीन; फिर आपने आदि काल में उन्हें यह योग कैसे सिखाया?
Life Lesson:
Healthy doubt matures faith. Arjuna’s question is not cynical; it seeks understanding. Spiritual life is strengthened when inquiry removes confusion and deepens intimacy with truth. Ask not to resist the path, but to walk it more surely.

• Use paradox as a doorway: contradictions often hide a higher synthesis.
• Let questions end in practice: insight should refine action.
स्वस्थ प्रश्न आस्था को परिपक्व करते हैं। अर्जुन का प्रश्न निंदक नहीं; बोध की माँग है। साधना तब सुदृढ़ होती है जब जिज्ञासा भ्रम हटाती और सत्य से निकटता बढ़ाती है। प्रश्न पथ रोकने हेतु नहीं, उसे दृढ़ता से चलने हेतु हों।
• आदरपूर्ण जिज्ञासा करें: जीतने नहीं, सीखने हेतु।
• विरोधाभास को द्वार बनाइए: वहाँ उच्च समन्वय छिपा होता है।
• प्रश्न का अंत अभ्यास में हो: बोध कर्म को परिष्कृत करे।
