सर्वद्वारेषु देहेऽस्मिन् प्रकाश उपजायते ।
ज्ञानं यदा तदा विद्याद् विवृद्धं सत्त्वमित्युत ॥
When in this body, through all its doors, light arises and knowledge is clear—know Sattva has increased.
जब देह-द्वारों से प्रकाश निकले, ज्ञान उभरे—जानो सत्त्व बढ़ा।
