चातुर्वर्ण्यं मया सृष्टं गुणकर्मविभागशः । तस्य कर्तारमपि मां विद्ध्यकर्तारमव्ययम् ॥
The fourfold order was created by Me according to qualities (gunas) and actions (karma); though the creator, know Me as the non-doer, immutable.
चार वर्णों की व्यवस्था मैंने गुण और कर्म के अनुसार रची; फिर भी मैं कर्ता होते हुए भी अकर्ता, अविनाशी हूँ।
Life Lesson:
Roles are for service, not supremacy. Social order must flow from qualities and contribution, never from birth arrogance. The Lord models non-doership even in authorship—work thoroughly, own lightly.
• Match role to aptitude and responsibility.
• Measure honor by service, not status.
• Practice non-doership: contribute fully, claim minimally.
भूमिकाएँ सेवा के लिए हैं, श्रेष्ठता के लिए नहीं। व्यवस्था गुण-कर्म से बहे, जन्म-घमंड से नहीं। प्रभु कर्ता होकर भी अकर्ता का आदर्श देते हैं—काम पूरा, स्वामित्व हल्का।
• भूमिका योग्यता और उत्तरदायित्व से तय हो।
• सम्मान सेवा के आधार पर, पद के नहीं।
• अकर्तापन साधें: योगदान पूर्ण, दावा न्यून।
